1. Who is responsible
Max Media Machine is responsible for personal information collected through this website. To ask a question or exercise a privacy right, use our contact form and mention “Privacy request”.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your email address, project message, acknowledgment of this policy and submission time. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the form.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request information, browser characteristics and security signals to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Our form’s abuse-control records use short-lived, keyed hashes rather than storing raw IP addresses in the inquiry database.
3. How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and arrange requested services. We use limited technical information to operate the website, detect abuse and investigate errors. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may be based on steps you request before entering a service arrangement, performing that arrangement, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and protecting the website, or consent where applicable. You can withdraw consent-based processing by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. Who receives information
Information is available to Max Media Machine and team members who need it to handle your request. Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage, abuse prevention and inquiry notification services. Inquiry notifications are sent to our private business inbox, where our email provider also processes them. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information when legally required or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If you later engage our services, any additional project-specific providers or uses of your materials will be addressed in the service arrangement.
5. Retention
Website inquiry records are kept for up to 180 days, then removed from the active inquiry database. Short-lived form rate-limit records expire within approximately two days and are removed during scheduled maintenance. Copies in our inbox may remain while a conversation is active or as needed to document an agreed project.
Service, invoice or dispute records may need to be retained for longer where required for the arrangement, legal obligations or resolving a claim. Backup copies follow the relevant provider’s retention cycle.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not add advertising or audience-tracking tools. Security providers may use technical storage or signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
If you install the website as an app, your browser stores a small set of page resources for the offline screen. Videos and inquiry submissions are not saved by our offline cache. You can remove locally stored site data through your browser settings.
7. International processing and security
We work with international clients. Hosting, email and other providers may process information in countries different from yours. Applicable safeguards and transfer requirements depend on the relevant locations and service arrangements.
We use access restrictions, encrypted connections and limited application logging to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information has been mishandled.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Our services and inquiry form are intended for business clients and are not directed to children. If a child’s information has been submitted, please contact us so we can address it.
We date changes to this policy and update it when our practices change.
